Description

We are looking for a highly motivated product manager to join the fast-paced Agilent Mass Spectrometry Division software product marketing team. This is your opportunity to join the team that brings differentiated MS software and workflow solutions to our customers to increase their productivity. As a member of this high-performing team, you will be responsible for compliant solutions for regulated industries using GC/MS and LC/MS platforms. You will work closely with our worldwide R&D, marketing, and field organization to serve customers’ needs.

You will have the responsibilities to:

  • Conduct market research to understand compliance solution needs through Voice of Customer (VOC) feedbacks from Pharma, BioPharma, clinical industries, and contract testing labs
  • Conduct competitive analysis and set product future development direction to ensure we provide the best compliant solution on market
  • Set detailed product requirements and timelines
  • Partner with cross functional teams to align on product development and commercialization across R&D, marketing, finance, manufacturing, customer support, and sales
  • Partner with other business units to set strategy on data acquisition and data storage to build the foundations for future digitalized labs
  • Work with internal and external customers to get critical feedbacks and beta testing
  • Support product commercialization including collateral creation, training and outbound marketing activities


Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree, Masters or Ph.D degree highly preferred
  • 3-5 years demonstrated success on product management/marketing/sales/support of mass spectrometry instruments or software
  • Extensive knowledge on compliance and regulated industries, working experiences in pharma, biopharma, clinical industries highly preferred  
  • Demonstrated success working collaboratively across the organizations to develop effective market strategies and programs that meet revenue forecasts and growth targets
  • Ability to prioritize business goals and align to timelines
  • Demonstrating leadership to influence priorities based on strategic direction
  • Technical knowledge of GC/MS and LC/MS instrumentation and applications
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and ability to connect with global teams   
  • About 25% travel required, including international travel (once travel resumes)
