GHPC is seeking a marketing manager (MM) to join the already awesome team taking the GHPC to the next level of

The center’s current scope of work includes behavioral health, child health & wellbeing, community health systems development, health & health care financing, health in all policies, health systems transformation, longterm services & support, population & global health, and rural health. The center conducts, analyzes, and disseminates qualitative and quantitative research to connect decisionmakers with the objective research and guidance needed to make informed
decisions about health policy and programs. The center is at work locally, nationally, and internationally with public and private partners to improve health and wellbeing.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Marketing Manager supports GHPC’s communications and marketing team in executing the center’s web and digital media strategy for the overall center as well as the web strategy for several center projects. The communications team plays a pivotal role in translating the center’s research for broad dissemination and to improve health and wellbeing in the communities we work.

The Marketing Manager will assist with website design and maintenance, analytics across digital platforms to measure impact and assist with planning activities, graphic design, and digital best practices. The Marketing Manager must demonstrate the ability to strategically collaborate and communicate with center leadership and external partners and exhibit attention to detail and accuracy.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain and update the center’s website and special project sites
- Resize, optimize, and edit digital media (video, graphics, and photos) for web specifications
- Manage host and domain administration communications and troubleshooting
- Assist with design of digital media campaigns
- Help to boost brand presence across digital platforms  
- Track analytics across digital platforms to optimize impact
- Proofread and lightly edit digital content
- Other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES TO MAKE YOU SHINE
- Expertise in using WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, search engine optimization, web hosting, and Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of Google Data Studio, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or video editing software is a plus
- Solid project management skills
- Highly organized
- Flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Graceful in incorporating feedback from multiple sources
- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to blend creativity with datadriven design
- Comfort working independently and proactively, while seeking guidance when needed

QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design or a related field and three years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
It is expected that the candidate will have experience in content marketing, website design, and maintenance, social media, and graphic design.
